What we do with what you tell us.
Not much, and nothing you wouldn’t expect. Here it is in plain words.
What we collect
When you request an inspection we ask for your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and what’s going on with the roof. That is all the form asks for, and we don’t collect anything else about you behind the scenes.
What we do with it
We use it to call you back, to send you a confirmation that your request came through, to come out and look at the roof, and to write your proposal. If you filed an insurance claim and ask us to, we use it to share our inspection findings with your insurance company.
When you send the form you agree that we may call, email, and text you about your request. That includes one automated text confirming we received it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop; reply HELP for help. Texting is never required — you can always just call (843) 809-8981.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with anybody except the people who have to touch it to do the job — our crew, and your insurance company if you asked us to share our inspection findings with them. We don’t send marketing email or marketing texts. We don’t run advertising trackers on this site.
Who helps us run this
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Confirmation emails go through Resend and text messages go through Twilio. Each of them handles your message only long enough to deliver it. We keep a record of your request so we can find it when you call.
Your choices
Want us to delete what we have on you, or want to know what that is? Call (843) 809-8981 or write to us at the address below and we’ll take care of it.
Cookies
This site doesn’t set cookies for advertising. If we use visitor counts to see which pages get read, it is done with a privacy-respecting counter that doesn’t identify you.
